Variant Advanced

You have a complex database and medium-sized project teams that have to be taken care of? Then our variant Advanced might be perfect for you. Here, in addition to the basic functions the following functions are available for you:

Platform cloning (Clone-Base)

You can imagine transacting more than the current project via a dokspace platform but you do not know about your projects after next yet? No big deal, with this module we are able to decouple the platform correspondent with your wishes as a so-called Clone-Base, which is a template. This saves time and money at configuring further project platforms. With the Clone-Base, they are ready-to-use within just a few hours!

Multiple associations

Who has never had this with his own computer or network drive? You create a complex file structure to organize your files. Here, you will often want to store one and the same file in two different folders. This is possible with this solution.

Accounting administration?

The accounting administration is a support for you to administer your invoices within the system. The integrated accounting administration also helps you capture financial retention and link this information with others on the platform, e.g., the daily construction records. It acts as a gateway between project management and accounting.

Variant Premium

The variant Premium is especially designed for major projects, and we recommend it if a platform is used for different project phases (initiation, planning, construction, use). Here, in addition to the basic functions and those in variant Advanced, the following functions are available for you:

APM – (automatic plan management)

Here, the system automatically links files, categorizations and assignments of permission. This is based on a pre-defined planning key that is shared with all project partners, which reduces the planning storage to a simple upload – dokspace creates the most convenient storage place!

Daily construction records meeting Austrian standards (OENORM B 2110)

In this variant, the daily construction records represent an inherent part of the platform. It is completely integrated into the infrastructure of the platform and up to 10 daily construction records can be kept per project platform.

Time recording

This module offers integrated time recording. Working hours can be recorded and linked directly to the relative object (e.g., plans or project files). It also provides detailed options for settings and analysis. The time recordings can be exported as Excel-files.

FAQ

What does “concurrent users” mean?

In our opinion, all project participants should have their own account on a platform. Only then it is possibly to track who has compiled, changed or deleted files and even who has accessed a file. This ensures transparency, liability and traceability within a project. In contrast to a “named-user” license model, where you have to pay for every registered account, we prefer the “concurrent-user” model, where a number of simultaneously acting users is declared. This happens according to the principle of fair-use.
